Disclaimer for Lost or Misplaced Tickets and All Access Passes

   Attendees of the Chicago Steppers Homecoming convention are solely responsible for the safekeeping of their tickets and All Access Passes (“Passes”). 

   Tickets and Passes will be available for purchase and advance pickup on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, and Wednesday, August 27, 2025, prior to the official start date of Thursday, August 28, 2025.

   All sales are final. Lost, stolen, or misplaced tickets and Passes will not be replaced, reissued, or refunded under any circumstances. Attendees who lose or misplace their tickets or Passes will be required to repurchase them at the then-current price to obtain entry.

   By purchasing or accepting a ticket or Pass, attendees expressly acknowledge and agree that the event promoters, organizers, sponsors, and affiliates bear no responsibility or liability for lost, stolen, or misplaced tickets or Passes, and that no exceptions will be made to this policy.

REGISTRATION & WRISTBAND

Pickup Instructions

   Once you check into the host hotel, you may pick up your 2 Free All Access Wristbands at the event registration table.

   Wristbands will be available at either the Day Party registration area or at the Evening Party entrance, depending on your check-in time. You must present photo ID and your hotel room key for verification. We will check your name against our official group block guest list before issuing your wristbands.

For Non-Hotel Guests & Prepaid Attendees:

   Anyone who has prepaid for All Access Bands or individual event tickets may also pick them up at the Will Call registration table during the same hours and locations.

If you’re unable to register during the scheduled daytime hours, you can still pick up your All Access Bands at the registration table located at the entrance of the evening events:

Thursday: 

Hyatt Regency Ballroom (lobby level)

Friday & Saturday:

Lakeside Ballroom, McCormick Place Convention Center (connected to the hotel)

   You may also collect wristbands for your paid extra hotel room guests at these registration tables.

On-Site Box Office:

5:30pm - 11:30pm

   An event box office will also be available Friday and Saturday at the McCormick Place evenings for individual ticket purchases.
